1.My files are from iTunes. I can not open it with Ease Audio Converter.
The M4P files from iTunes are protected, and you need to convert them to the M4A format with other software like iOpener, then ease audio converter can convert them.

Workaround1:Burn an Audio CD in iTunes from the M4P files. Then use CD to MP3 Maker to convert the music to the format you want.

2. How do I convert more than one file at a time?
You can select the files by clicking menu button "Add". Or you can select a file at first, and then holding down the Shift key and left clicking on the individual song to check those songs between these two songs. Or clicking "Ctrl and A" to select all files in the folder.The information of those files you have selected will appear in the file list.

3. Does this program burn audio CDs?

4. Some converted files are very quiet. How do I make them the same volume?
Press menu button settings on the main menu, followed by pressing output format, then check normalize option. This will make sure that all files have a consistent volume.
